Windows 10: bsod error, cannot access pc, trying to use command prompt, but asks for admin password...

i have a bsod error whenever i start up my pc and i cannot get into the start up so im trying to use the command prompt in the recovery section and its asking for an administrator password and i never set one. what should I do

You can reset the Admin Password using Windows XP repair; See Here for step by step.

Would I just follow the same steps within safe mode after hooking up to the other system?

I am trying to delet files, and apparently I need to go into command prompt "run as admin" (through right click on command prompt in the start menu). But when I do this, I get a window asking for password, but nowhere to enter the password and no "yes" option,
only a "no" option. I went through safe mode, and again, it asks for a admin password, which I have never set up. I have also tried logging out as me, and logging back in as admin, but that option is not available. All this to delet a huge file that is sitting
on my hard drive
