Windows 10: BSOD Event ID 10016 ShellServiceHost and event 7000 !!!

I know there are threads about event 10016 and i tried everything i could, also grant permission to local authority NT through launch and activation permissions but it didn't work i still got the same error sometimes when i something stops working and the screen freezes a bit after that it turned into bsod; and I also got error irql but the most frequently happens is kernel T_T please help me. Below is the details of the two events:

Seemingly Random Reboots

My computer keeps rebooting and i cant figure out the cause.

Event viewer shows these events going backwards from the last reboot

The Event ID 6008 is logged to the System event log when a shutdown operation is initiated automatically by a program. Meanwhile, the
DCOM event ID 10016 is related to certain processes not having permissions to the DCOM components that are mentioned in the event logs.
The specific communications that are blocked are determined to have no adverse functionality other than generating 10016 event logs. We highly recommend that you just ignore these errors because they don't adversely affect functionality. You may

Not sure if it will help your BSOD, but the following should stop the Event ID 7000 and if I remember correctly the Event ID 10016.

Open Command Prompt as Admin
sc config CldFlt start= disabled
