    BSOD every 30 min in build 10049


    Hello guys!
    Recently i've been experiencing lots of BSOD almost every 30 minutes. I don't know why did it start to happen because i didn't have changed anything in my PC.
    The screen i've been seen is this one:

    I dont know what to do. I've already tried run chkdsk and nothing.

    Driver Verifier-- tracking down a mis-behaving driver.

    I just saw BSOD (win32k.sys Service Exception) three times today.

    But I haven't encountered problems like this ever since I bought this computer.

    (Shipped with Win8.0 OEM, currently running Win 10TP build 10049)

    You have a TP-LINK Wireless USB Adapter - these devices (especially with older drivers) are prone to causing BSOD's.
    I suggest removing the software and then physically removing this device in order to test to see if it's to blame.
    Once you've figured it out, you can reinstall it if needed (in the meantime, I'd suggest using a wired network connection - even if it means running a very long wire through the house temporarily).

    As the errors (in the WER section of MSINFO32) all point to NTFS.sys (and because chkdsk found nothing), I'd suggest running a hard drive diagnostic on all hard drives. While you're at it, it won't hurt to run the rest of the free diagnostics on this page: Hardware Diagnostics
    Let us know the results of the hard drive diagnostics and we'll move on from there.

    I think that it's very likely that Daemon Tools might be the culprit here (having seen similar problems with it and ntfs.sys in Win7/8/8.1)
    Daemon Tools (and Alcohol % software) are known to cause BSOD's on some Windows systems (mostly due to the sptd.sys driver, although I have seen both dtsoftbus01.sys and dtscsibus.sys blamed on several occasions).
    NOTE: It looks like dtlitescsibus.sys is the new driver that Daemon Tools is using (and is present in these memory dumps)

    Ok, here is what I did:

    First I uninstaled TP Link adapter's drive and removed the device.
    Then I uninstaled daemon tools and verified if its driver was still installed, it wasn't. Then I rebooted my pc.
    I tried to use for a few hours and then again, BSOD with the same error.
    I went to Western Digital'website to download a tool to verify my HDs. Sadly, I only found a Windows tool to verify it. I downloaded it and started the verification. First I made it verify my main HD, the one windows is installed, it verified and finished without errors (I think, because the app didn't give me a report log or something like that and didn't say anything about any errors). Then I made it verify my other HD and... BSOD. I tried to verify it 3 times before I went to sleep and all 3 times it gave me a BSOD while verifying it. Is it my problem?

    The hard drive is most likely your problem.
    Disconnect it (both the power and data cables) and see if the BSOD's stop.

    Troubleshooting BSOD's is a tedious process at time.
    Please have patience and we'll try to work this out.
    In addition to running Driver Verifier as I suggested above, please try the rest of these free hardware tests: Hardware Diagnostics

    If the system still BSOD's when the drive is removed, then try testing the other drive(s) again.
    Also, please zip up and upload the contents of C:\WIndows\Minidump That should give us some new memory dumps to work on, and hopefully that will show up the differences between them.

    usasma, i've tried to test my other driver after i took out the "damaged" one and i got BSOD after some hours.
    Well, then i re-installed all drivers of my pc using ASUS's website and, until now, i haven't recieved BSOD anymore.
    Could it be some driver fault?

    Yes it can be driver faults. Most often I see either corrupted or outdated drivers that cause these.
    Your situation was a bit different, yet you followed the right procedures for troubleshooting.
    Good work!

    Just FYI - here's how I do BSOD analysis':
    - first I rule out 3rd party drivers (over 90% of BSOD's are due to this)
    - then I rule out hardware (less than 10% of BSOD's are due to this)
    - then I look at Windows problems (less than 1% of BSOD's are due to this - as long as Windows Updates are fully up to date).
