  1. BSOD everytime I run Unreal Engine C++ compilation in Visual Studio

I'm trying to compile the Unreal Engine source code in Visual Studio and it always causes Windows to freeze and BSOD a few seconds later.According to analyzing minidump files, it looks the reason is random, so it seems like HW problemhttps://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1S7fIXEfpipp4ZfrhSWqfIhlgQdwAFj1i?usp=sharingBut the issue is that it is not happening during any other action, even playing games. It is interesting that immediately when I run the build, the System event log starts to show these warnings, it is not happening during any other operation. My configuration isWindows 11 Pro 10.0.

MSB6003 cmd.exe Access Denied Visual Studio

Error MSB6003 The specified task executable "cmd.exe" could not be run. System.ComponentModel.Win32Exception (0x80004005): Access Denied

When i try to compile any sort of code (currently working with Unreal Engine) on Visual Studio 2019 i get this error in the Visual Studio console.

This error persisted also with a fresh installation of Windows.

I couldn't find anything on Google related to this problem. Any suggestions?
