Windows 10: BSOD everytime i work using Office related app Word or Excel etc

i Just bought a brand new HP Victus for about 2 months now.everything works great, the hours of gaming, the webcam, the mic, the multi task all perfect until..one day i decided to use this laptop for work, just because i got bored working in my workdesk. i was working mainly using ms office, or excel. after about 30 minutes of working, my excel freeze and suddenly i got the BSOD. it happened multiple times already, sometimes right after i boot my laptop, or right after i re open the file.i tested gaming with this laptop, everything works fineany help?

I am working in Windows 10 home version 1909.
Can not afford an upgrade.
My Office files are old, dont know what version.
Cant remember how I updated this laptop to Windows 10 months ago.
PROBLEM:
I can not open any of my Office files; Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
I looked for my Windows old file as suggested, and it IS gone.
Haveing a small breakdown, will step away and return in a few...ANY DIRECTIONS AND ANSWERS WOULD BE GREAT!!!!!! PLEASE WRITE THEM IN STEP BY STEP FORMAT. Thankyooouuuuuuuu!

Can't Find the Office Mobile apps!

I recently purchased a LG Lancet Windows-based phone and have searched both the Windows Store & my all apps list, but I still cannot find the Office Mobile apps (Word Mobile, Excel Mobile, PowerPoint Mobile, etc.). The only Office-related app on the phone
is simply called Office and I just don't know if that app is the right one to use!!! Any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
