Windows 10: BSOD + freezes only on first boot of the day/after approx 3 times

As title suggests. Built from new 2 months ago with the specs listed below.Initially, based on the error codes:I ran memtest86 for a total of 6 passes with 0 errors.I completed a firmware update of the SSD.Reinstalled NVIDIA graphics driversR23 CPU stress temperature never above 70.sfc /scannow at one stage returned a couple of errors, which was repaired and did not fix the problemchkdsk showed no issueswindows was reinstalled with local files kept and did not resolve issueInitially, computer was simply freezing' whereby nothing was responsive no ctrl+alt+delete, and could only

BSOD and freezing

Yesterday I started up my laptop from hibernating and it freezes, after restarting several times I get a BSOD which freezed on the BSOD one time.
After restarting again the laptop freezed at the Welcome screen.
I have had the freezing before, it was gone for about 2 months.
I did not install any new hardware.
Now it seems to run fine again.

But what is causing the freezing and the BSOD?
I bought this laptop last January.

1. there is no any messages on screen at that time, screen just freeze. i have to hard shutdown.

2. i always do a clean boot after that.

Im using H81 chipset with 2gb of ram, 500gb of hd and dual core proccesor int

 

BSOD during boot every other time

The Event Logs did not show any evidence of BSODs so they may not even be recorded in the Event Viewer.

At this point I might suggest to try a clean boot, restart the computer a few times, and see if the same BSODs occur:
