Windows 10: BSOD/Freezing: DRIVER IRQL_LESS_OR_NOT_EQUAL

Hello, I've been trying to track down some frequent BSOD, Freezing and Crashing issues. It's been consistent for the last few weeks and I recently did a reinstall of Windows personal files kept and it continued to persist. Following the community guide on Driver Verifier, I believe at least one of the issues is with a driver, though I cannot find exactly which one. Attached are my 3 most recent minidumps. BSOD: driver irql_less_or_not_equal

I've been getting the occasional BSOD for a while now and finally fed up enough to do something about it. It varies what the BSOD says the cause is but the one I can remember is driver irql_less_or_not_equal. So I went and did the driver verifier and got
some minidumps. Couldn't even boot into windows with driver verifier on. Crashes seem to happen most often when I'm playing Overwatch (and no other games) and while watching videos on Youtube (Firefox)

IRQL_LESS_OR_NOT_EQUAL BSOD & random freezes

Hi,
For a very long time I have been having problems with BSOD. Its code is usually IRQL_LESS_OR_NOT_EQUAL. It does not happen every day but if it happens, it always occurs few minutes after computer is powered on.

Moreover, I have problems with computer freezes at random moments, also few minutes after computer is powered on. There is no BSOD, computer freezes and I cannot do anything.

When these problems occur, I have problems with rebooting my PC - I switch it on, but monitor stays black and it never starts the Windows (I know that because there is a different sound when the OS is run). I don't know what to do more - I bought a new hard disk and a new power supply unit... Thank you in advance for any help!

As you are facing Blue screen errors on your device. I understand the inconvenience.

Provide us additional information to understand the issue and assist you better:

• What is the make and model of your device?
• Have you made any hardware/ software changes to the operating system that might have resulted in this issue?
• What are the troubleshooting steps you have tried to resolve the issue along with updating ELAN drivers?

This Stop error message usually occurs during installation when there was an attempt in kernel mode to touch pageable memory at too high a process
internal request level (IRQL). Typically, this error occurs when a driver uses an incorrect memory address. Other possible causes of this error include an incompatible device driver, a general hardware problem, or incompatible software.

This issue might have occurred due to compatibility issues of the drivers. I suggest you to install the ELAN drivers in compatibility mode and check if that helps.

Follow the steps to install in Compatibility mode:

• Download the updated driver from the manufacturer’s website.
• Right click the driver installation file and select
  Properties then tap or click the Compatibility tab.
• Place a check in the Run this program in compatibility mode for: box.
  
• Tap the drop down box and select a previous operating system, then tap or click
  OK.
• Try installing the driver and check.
