Windows 10: bsod freezing playing gta v bf1 error 0x124 and 0x3B

i reinstalled automatically the the Intel Ethernet adapter(uninstalled device and deleted the driver...and then on scan for hardware changes it appears again..) (i don't know if it is installed because of the intel tool is installed...but maybe not,,,cause when i install it after i uninstalled Intel Ethernet adapter i became offline no internet ...so the tool try to open the browser for scanning online but there was no internet...so i googled on my phone and saw that i can click on the tab of device manager "scan for hardware changes" and i clicked on it and the it appeared then once again and the internet too

now i uninstalled the chipset driver like i show you before which one is it...and tried to run the tool but there was a problem that it can't search or find drivers

i disabled driver verifier now...the problem has gone after i quit from safe mode
but the chipset that i uninstalled it didn't back again...even when i press scan for hardware
and the scan from Intel® Driver & Support Assistant does not find it too
is that ok? not to have it



if it is not a big deal
then what is the plan now...just wait for bsod?
and why those two




have no drivers installed...is it ok and normal?

well...gigabyte website has no detailed information for the drivers
while intel website has...i searched on google for my chipset driver's series Intel® 9 Series Chipsets

and found this Downloads for Intel® 9 Series Chipsets
when i tried to run it..it told me that i have already a newer version on my computer...are you sure you want to downgrade...i clicked yes...and it successfully installed..i also installed this Download Intel® RSTe AHCI & SCU Software RAID Driver for Windows*
Intel Driver Support Assistant did not find any drivers for my computer
why to run the beta log collector... there was no bsod

 

I would like to ask..if you were me...what hardware component you will suspicion that it is the faulty one...is it the motherboard?
because i'm thinking to take the computer to the store where i bought it...and tell them maybe they can change the motherboard...and i will change my windows 10 edition from enterprise to professional..and see what happens then

4) same issues...bsod...freezing while playing...and louder sound coming from the computer...it is still very quite though...but not as it was...so when they replaced gpu and psu and gave it back to me i gave attention to this fact...because i believe there are connection between the two...the pc should be quieter than now

4)again not me who determined it...and i'm not sure even if the store's specialists did...because replacing the gpu didn't end the problem...so i returned to the store and told them that the event viewer told me the problem occurred because of the following info..This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly...and after 5 days of working on it they called me to come and take it...as they replaced the psu from CoolerMaster b600 +80...to Thermaltake Smart RGB 600W
I think it helped a little bit but not that much...after all the problem still exists

Please update the Macrium backup image.
Backup all files to another drive or to the cloud.
Find a flash drive that you can format ( > or = 8 GB )
Create a bootable windows 10 iso:
Download Windows 10

To evaluate both the WHEA 0x124 and freezing a vanilla clean installation is performed.
This removes all files and applications and drivers.
There are no Windows updates.
There is no connection to the internet. (hardware off if available, disconnected Ethernet/cat5e cable/LAN)
This vanilla method is to remove confounding factors and test the hardware.
Give yourself 1 -2 weeks to evaluate the computer.
If there are no freezes or BSOD then plan to slowly perform updates and install drivers and applications.
If there are freezes then some components may need to be removed to see if the freezing is fixed.

The vanilla clean install should have the fewest confounding factors.

This can be started at any time.

The WHEA 0x124 uncorrectable hardware error displayed in post #2:

Severity : FatalError : GTLBL1_ERR (Proc 4 Bank 2)

TLB error on processor 4 bank 2
TLB = Translation Lookaside Buffer

When working up WHEA 0x124 a routine check of all of the major hardware components is done.
The tests of the CPU, GPU, Drive, RAM were unremarkable. The PSU volatages were within 5% thresholds.

The BSOD dump files displayed many different drivers.
This behavior is more often seen when there are problems with the motherboard or CPU.

With the TLB error consistent on all of the WHEA 0x124 dumps the CPU needs to be ruled in or ruled out.

Please have the computer store swap the CPU and see whether there is freezing and /or BSOD with another CPU.
If the freezing and BSOD disappear then you will get confirmation that it was the CPU.
If the freezing and BSOD remain in the same pattern with the swapped CPU then it is likely the motherboard.
Then the motherboard should be swapped to check it.

The CPU and motherboard in the problematic computer can also be checked in another computer to see whether they malfunction.

The vanilla clean install and / or the strip down method could be done however the most efficient option at this time is to swap the CPU.

 

hi again...
i have took the computer to the store Friday...and yesterday they said after testing the computer that the problem and the faulty one was once again the gpu!!!!!!!...and i believe them... that it's true...but the problem did not end here
so the question that we have to ask is... what cause the gpu to fail...is it the motherboard?
tomorrow i want to take it back to them before the gpu fail again

 

i can't swap anything only the store can...maybe.

it appeared during updating the graphics driver and downloading gta v patch...every time the computer being stressed i got the beautiful blue screen...or without if i'm playing ...it's just freezing and restarting ...what a joke...bring it back immediately from the store..and thinking the problem solved and it's gone...plug in the cables...starting the pc...20 minutes...oh yeah bsod..!!!*chuckle
