Windows 10: BSOD - Freezing - Please Help

Hello Community - I have an issue like many other people that is causing me extreme anxiety and stress. I have been trying to research and fix this issue on my own for over a week every single day with no luck.The computer we are having issues on is for our Golf Simulator businesses and because of the freezes and shut downs it has cost us customers and money.At various times while using different programs the computer will freeze or go to the dreaded DPC watchdog error screen.Here is a link to various dump files, mini dumps, windbg report txt, and computer info.https://1drv.ms/u/s!ApNtjwyMbO

BSOD and freezing

Yesterday I started up my laptop from hibernating and it freezes, after restarting several times I get a BSOD which freezed on the BSOD one time.
After restarting again the laptop freezed at the Welcome screen.
I have had the freezing before, it was gone for about 2 months.
I did not install any new hardware.
Now it seems to run fine again.

But what is causing the freezing and the BSOD?
I bought this laptop last January.

So you are saying a PSU can never cause a computer to Freeze/BSOD...???
