Windows 10: BSOD happen multiple times

Hi,My Lenovo Ideapad Gaming 3 2020 has been crashing frequently and restarting automatically after about an hour of use—sometimes even sooner. When this happens, the laptop continuously restarts and displays different types of BSOD Blue Screen of Death errors.I mainly use my laptop for assignments and gaming. Previously, if I was lucky, I could use it for hours without any issues. However, sometimes, right after booting up, if I restart my laptop, it will immediately start crashing multiple times, showing various BSOD errors.I've already tried several troubleshooting steps I found online,

Wow thats a lot of usual causes!

Just to clarify / remove some things of that list, as mentioned the RAM has passed memtest multiple times, none of my hardware is OC'd, BIOS is fully up to date.

As far as I'm aware this is because its the single ram speed, and with it being DDR its 800*2=1600, I could be mistaken though?

As for the slots basically I was having BSOD's whenever any module was installed in one of the channels, so I had to move both modules over to the other channel, and this seemed to fix it, however I can move them back around to see what happens.

As for the memory I could have sworn I saw it on the supported list a while ago, ill check with the vendor of my PC.

The relevant Parameter appears to be 0x41284 which means, A PTE or the working set list is corrupted, which in itself means nothing to most of us poor Windows users. I still wonder if this is not just bad RAM?

Is it possible to remove one stick of RAM for testing purposes and then test all sticks one at a time (that's is you have multiple sticks of RAM, otherwise it is a daft suggestion on my part).

 

Multiple BSOD Crashes per day

Hello, for a few months now I've been having BSOD crashes which started as once or twice every few weeks but now is happening 5-10 times in a working day. The crashes happen regardless of how much activity is going on i.e. it could be heavy usage with multiple apps or just having powered the laptop on and it sitting on the desktop page with no apps being actively run (excluding background processes). Here are the specific BSOD error codes I have saved to date (in no particular order):

• KERNEL_DATA_INPAGE_ERROR
• PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA
• MEMORY_MANAGEMENT
• KERNEL_SECURITY_CHECK_FAILURE
• CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED
• FAULTY_HARDWARE_CORRUPTED_PAGE
• PFN_LIST_CORRUPT

Some things I've noticed:

• Multiple BSOD crashes seem to happen in short timeframes and then nothing again until the next time
• More frequent when running Chrome or MS applications (Teams, Mail), but maybe because I frequently use these in general
• Tabs in Chrome or Firefox spontaneously crash, sometimes shortly before a BSOD crash
