Windows 10: BSOD happens almost every night while I'm asleep

It's getting increasingly more frustrating as I need to leave my work open and constantly restoring and losing these files is driving me insane. Every night as I go to sleep my computer will blue screen at some point in the night. I've been trying to fix this issue to no avail. It seems like it's driver related but if the fix is simple, I must be missing something then.sys specs dump info

How to disable keyboard when laptop is asleep?

Hi,

In order for us to assist you regarding the issue on disabling your keyboard when your laptop is asleep. Kindly follow these steps:

• Open an elevated command prompt.
• Type in the command below and press
  Enter.

powercfg -devicedisablewake "exact name of your keyboard"


For example, “Logitech HID-Compliant Keyboard”

• When finished, close the elevated command prompt.

Random BSOD, started happening today

Just did all the steps. I suppose there's no way to tell if that solved the issue without using and waiting to see if another BSOD occurs, so I will come back later in case anything happens.

 

Pentium M

Not sure what I'm looking at. Though when I do go to Options and then CPU it lists my CPU
as Intel Pentium M processor 1.73 GHz, and then under that it lists speed: 799.9 MHz
and then features and cache size.I ran the benchmark test and don't understand all
those numbers, but while testing I checked CPUZ and it still says it is running at 800 MHz.
