    The problems occurs randomly but almost daily since Feb 06, 2020, I put the computer together fall 2019 and I’m not sure when the errors began but the logs only go back to February. I don’t know of any new hardware or software added. I’m currently backing up all data to the cloud and when it’s backed up I’ll solve the problems.

    I’ve tried the following clean dust, check wiring connections tried to update all drivers, downloaded and updated software (including AMD Radeon), temporarily disconnected my second monitor a TV (that I depend on), disconnected a usb printer, checked ram/ memory but no errors, checked ssd and 3TB hard drive for errors they both are fine.

    Here’s a screen shot of the Reliability Monitor, the Blue line which goes to 10 appears to never be above 5 on my machine, Why? The “Windows Failures” errors seem to be 2x LiveKernelEvent, 141: 2x BlueScreen, 4e: 4x BlueScreen, 1a: BlueScreen, de: LiveKernelEvent, 144: BlueScreen, a: Bluescreen, 1a. Do you need more info?

    Computer Management Event Viewer Screen shots. It has “Number of Events 11,159” since 12/20/2019, filled with warning, errors and much fewer critical errors.

    What do I do next? I struggle to work on a pc at the desk due to partial blindness, brain injury, and physical limitations which has led to me ignoring the BSOD but I’m now trying to work on a large academic project and need a reliable computer.

    Cortana Error in Reliability Monitor

    Hi,

    I appreciate you for trying some steps in order to get the issue fixed.

    If you don't find any error with Cortana, and the issue is only with reliability monitor projecting an error with Cortana. I would then request you to perform DISM and check if the issue is removed.

    • Press Windows key, and type CMD in search. Right click on CMD and click on Run as administrator.

      • In command prompt, type the following commands and press Enter after each command:

      • DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth

    • DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth

    • Close the command prompt and restart the PC and check if it works.

    Please revert if you face any issues with reliability monitor.

    Reliability Monitor - View All Problem Reports Empty

    If the SFC scan and system restore didn't resolve your concern, then we proceed in resetting your Reliability monitor's database. Here are the steps on how to:

    • Copy this text on a Notepad. It's a command to reset Reliability Monitor.
    reg add "HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Reliability Analysis\WMI" /v WMIEnable /T

    REG_DWORD /D 1 /F

    del /f /S /Q /A "%ProgramData%\Microsoft\RAC\PublishedData\*"

    del /f /S /Q /A "%ProgramData%\Microsoft\RAC\StateData\*"

    @echo off

    FOR /F "tokens=1,2*" %%V IN ('bcdedit')

    DO SET adminTest=%%V

    IF (%adminTest%)==(Access) goto noAdmin

    for /F "tokens=*" %%G in ('wevtutil.exe el') DO (call :do_clear "%%G")

    echo.

    echo

    goto theEnd

    :do_clear

    echo clearing %1
