Windows 10: BSOD - Help identifying exact issue - 0x0000009f

Hi


I've been searching around on the internet to identify what is coursing these crashes but unfortunately my understanding of how to address these issues seems to be reaching their limits. I've hit on a few issues that seem to be coming up but i'm unable to pinpoint the actual problem with my machine.

The issue seems to arise though not always a couple of minutes after I wake my computer up.


The error code is: 0x0000009f 0x0000000000000003, 0xffff99851cea9380, 0xffff8e807da6f750, 0xffff9985312efa20.

BSOD at random, error 0x000000ef, 0x0000009f caused by ntoskrnl.exe

Hello,
My mother's laptop has received two BSODs with the following errors:

0x000000ef & 0x0000009f
I'd like help to resolve this issue.

BSOD - bugcheck 0x0000009f

I am continuously getting a BSOD when I turn on my computer and when I wake it from sleep. It doesn't happen all the time, but it happens on occasion. Here is what I get:

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000009f (0x0000000000000003, 0xffff8583d77413e0, 0xfffff80022d7d960, 0xffff8583df152010). A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: cf3d642f-05d3-4493-9052-d86ed1c9b08f.

When I look at device manager I see no yellow exclamation points indicating a bad driver of some sort.

I'm not quite sure how to post the exact memory dump file on here.

Any leads would be greatly appreciated.

MSI 5870 BIOS Update

Still can't reproduce. Could you please post the exact BIOSes that produce the issue?
