    BSOD help


    I have been getting bsods with the statement "system thread extension not handled" on my new windows 10 installation, my hardware seems to be fine since i ran the windows memory diagnostic. The pc also crashes [with bsod saying the above] while doing heavy downloads like games. It is a brand new pc. i tried doing a reset but failed.
