Windows 10: BSOD - INACESSIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE happened frequently, like twice a week at least

I have been experiencing the booting problem regularly, which sometimes works properly and sometimes leads to the Blue Screen page INACESSIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE. It occurs more than three times a week. I tried some methods referred on the internet, such as cmd command, startup repair, and Fix problem Using Windows Update reinstall, reset this computer keep files. However, the problem still exists. Another issue is that the Minidump does not generate, even after I have configured it. So I've uploaded the event log and my Hardware Monitor results using HWMonitor.1. Event log - https://drive.go

I uninstall and reinstalled all three things like the person who responded to that thread suggested, and when I made it past the first week of July without a BSOD(which is where it has always happened before - first week, and last week, of a month), I thought
the issue might have been fixed. However I had a BSOD the other day and wanted to come post it here in hopes of you guys helping me figure out if it's the same programs causing it again, or if it might be something else.

This is so frustrating.

Everything is up to date, yet this is still happening!!

I truly appreciate any help you guys can give me here.

New PC has no Display but lights work - Happens twice a week!

Hi everyone! I built a new PC, it has a Ryzen 5 1600X, 8GB DDR4 3000MHz RAM, RX580 2048SP GPU and a Gigabyte B450M-DS3H MOBO.

It was working fine the first week but after that, my PC started having problems. Every now and then, when it's working fine, I shut it down and open it a while later only to find out all the red lights in the case working but with no display.

Everything in the Mobo is totally new so don't know where the problem lies. It usually happens twice a week. I open the case, reseat everything, it doesn't work. I reseat everything like 5 times and it starts working. Sometimes, when I power it on, the RGB LED that I have set to red in BIOS, turns white (which is a default configuration) which means the BIOS kind of reset? This again happened just 5 minutes ago. I don't know what the problem is!

Can you please suggest anything? Any help is appreciated.
