    BSOD involving a service exception and ntfs.sys?


    Hi, I had my power go out when my computer was restarting for an update, and since then I haven't been able to get into windows at all because of the blue screen. if it helps to know, my windows 10 is on an ssd and i'm using an abs gaming computer, and since it's foreign to me i'm not sure how to get into safe mode from here.

    SYSTEM SERVICE EXCEPTION (igdkmd64.sys)

    Hi, I've been having BSOD errors. Usually it appears to be System Service Exception, but occasionally Kmode Exception Not Handled error would appear. Both have the same stop code (igdkmd64.sys). DMP and MSInfo files are available in the onedrive link below.
