Windows 10: BSoD IQRL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (NETIO.SYS) upon opening Sling TV

Hey everyone,
Recently my computer began to BSoD upon opening the program Sling TV and loading a video. It hasn't happened before, and I don't know what changed that made this start happening. I get "IQRL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (NETIO.SYS)". I did a complete reinstall of the program, updated graphics drivers, ethernet and WiFi drivers, and it still happens. Someone also analyzed my dump file and told me it was something about Network Flow Control, and the only thing I know that can be changed about that is in the ethernet adapter settings, here: Screenshot

I disabled the network low control and started Sling TV and still got the same BSoD result. Right now I am completely lost. I've attached the file that you guys needed to help me, hopefully I did it correctly. If not, let me know!

lost, so I'd like to post my last three .dmp files here for you to view.

I'm new to this forum so if there's something I didn't do or need to do to have you guys help me, then please let me know.

Error Message DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL(NETIO.SYS)

Hello! i am getting the following error message when trying to open the "sling TV" app on my PC.

The error message is as follows. "Your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart. We're just collecting some error info, and then we'll restart for you. "

Then below that , it states DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL(NETIO.SYS)

I only get this error message when opening the sling tv app. I have uninstalled the app, and reinstalled, but issue persists.

Any ideas?

I found four instances of this file on my computer. What do you recommend I do with it? I really don't want to fully uninstall Webroot itself, just do something about this problem file. Screenshot - 56c90f78e9febc3b8b046a521118ec38 - Gyazo

 

The file that is in use will be the one in the System32\drivers folder. It appears to be the one from the Vista64 directory.

Can you try reinstalling or seeing if there is a version of the program for W10 or W8.1?

 

Sure. I'm going to try to uninstall Webroot and just use the keycode I always use to download it again. I'll get back to you once I do. If this doesn't work, should I go to the Webroot forums, or stay here?

EDIT: Reinstalled it - I'll try to force another BSoD opening Sling, and also hope it doesn't BSoD.

I was told my another person that when analyzing the .dmp files that NFC_Driver.sys was causing an error as well. I searched NFC_Driver.sys on my C Drive and it came up in the x86 Program Files for a program called ROG Game First III which is a preloaded program from ASUS. I uninstalled the program and deleted the residual files, and also uninstalled and reinstalled the Webroot AntiVirus like you told me to above. Now, I can open Sling without a BSoD!
