Windows 10: BSOD - IRQL Not Less or Equal right when Bluetooth Tablet XP-Pen Deco Pro Gen 2 Connected

Hi, I wanted to ask how to solve issue with my XP-PEN Deco Pro Gen 2 . I bought it, installed latest drivers 3.4.13 from their website and connected it to my PC. It works fine via cable, but when I connect it via bluetooth it BSODs my PC. Sometimes it connects via Bluetooth, but if I connect to charge it and disconnect to use with Bluetooth it crashes my PC again when it connects. It also crashes my PC when PC starts up after the crash because it connects to Bluetooth automatically so I have to turn off Tablet to use my PC properly. I can only use said Tablet via cable. I am using latest Windo

Is there a way to fix a malfunctioned XP Pen tablet?

There is Support from the tablet manfacturer here:

It has an 18 month warranty.

Is there a way to fix a malfunctioned XP Pen tablet?

Hi. Just recently, my XP Pen Deco Pro Medium has been malfunctioning. I thought at first it was maybe my USB cord, so I bought a new one and at first it worked, but then it started malfunctioning again. It was because of this that I realized it's most likely the tablet itself that's having issues. It won't connect to the cord and the computer says "the last time you used this USB the device malfunctioned and it can't be recognized". It probably got worn down by when water spilt on it or something else like that. I've had it for almost two years now. To clarify, it's a Deco Pro Medium, a tablet that hooks up to the computer and you draw on it, but it doesn't have a screen and turns on, it's just a board. Is there anything I can try to do to fix it, because I'm hoping to find out before I decide to toss it and buy a new one. I hope someone can see this and provide advice or information, it would be greatly appreciated.

To make your drawing tablet work with Windows 10,

• Simply connect the ISM 2.4G USB receiver into your computer to start drawing
  wirelessly. Else, connect the tablet to your computer with the USB cable provided.
  
• Download the latest driver from the
  XP PEN website, for the tablet to function.
  
• After successful installation of driver, a driver icon will appear in your system tray and on your desktop. If the driver isn’t present,
  Uninstall the driver and Reboot the machine before you
  repeat the same steps.
