Windows 10: BSOD - IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL after memory upgrade

BSOD after windows upgrade(irql_not_less_or_equal)

I recently upgraded my windows 7 to Windows 10 and since then I get a BSOD, I think every time I use a lot of system memory. I have run the windows verifier, getting the BSOD "irql_not_less_or_equal". I also have the dmp files. Where can I submit them
for solving the issue?

Not at all, my memory is stable at 610mhz but at 480mhz isn't.
The BSOD is also showing this:

Anyone know what this means?
