Windows 10: BSOD IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL Kernel-Power Event ID 41, Task 63

Hi,I really need help for the error occurred to me as mentioned in the title.It is been a while I getting this error for my PC, and I tried on many suggestions from different forums to solve this.Unfortunately, I am not still not able to get rid of this error.This error happened especially when high CPU usage task is running, such as converting the video, as well as gaming.BSOD happened with either IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL or PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA.I have tried the steps below, but no chances to recover.Test RAMs with Windows Memory Diagnostics, but returned with no error.Test RAMs with Mem

My PC is crashing repeatedly. It suffers numerous BSODs spontaneously, intermittently, unexpectedly & improperly as recorded in Event Viewer System Log as follows:

If i get no BSODs, no errors, no events logged in event viewer apart from kernel power 41 (63), not even the windows did not shut down successfully screen (don't know if that is still in windows 10), and the computer just turns off and a few seconds later it turns back on, is it safe to assume that it is the power supply and not the motherboard? Because I have heard that this can be caused by the motherboard. Also when this happens, is it harmful for the rest of the hardware?
