Windows 10: Bsod IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL ntoskrnl.exe

Starting getting bsod issue while watching blizzcon i updated all my drivers and fully reinstall my gpu driver(din't a full uninstall with the driver uninstall) issue seem to go away then it just blue screen again while trying to play fallout 4.

Edit:got a another bluescreen when trying to play fallout 4 again.

BSOD: IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL, SYSTEM_THREAD_NOT_HANDLED

last week i made some hardware changes to my laptop (lenovo z70-80). I installed a new ssd and upgraded my 4gb RAM to 16 gb RAM . The next day i experienced some BSOD errors (only at a cold startup, after the reboot of the system everything works just fine).
Most commonly the cause of BSOD was SYSTEM_THREAD_NOT_HANDLED and just lately the IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL. I post the info from the last BSOD as got from blue screen viewer :

There have quite a few drivers been flagged.
Please check following links for updates

Please uninstall everything of Nvidia using Display Driver Uninstaller and install new drivers from Nvidia. Be sure the clean install box is checked and only install the Graphics driver and the PhysX driver.
