  2. 2 BSOD Errors Happen At Random

    Hi,

    In one of the crashes the aswArPot.sys was referenced:

    BugCheck 3B, {c0000005, fffff8043a634ff0, fffff80442000930, 0}

    *** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for aswArPot.sys

    *** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for win32k.sys

    Probably caused by : Ndu.sys ( Ndu!CarDisableCacheAwareReference+30 )

    The process that crashed was the AvastSvc.exe :

    PROCESS_NAME: AvastSvc.exe

    However the string Ndu!CarDisableCacheAwareReference may been associated with Malwarebytes.

    As there may be a conflict between Avast and Malwarebytes try uninstalling Malwarebytes.

    Regular freezing and BSOD on Windows 10 - intelppm.sys seems to be the cause

    Hello Jason,

    The WinDBG analysis of your dump file seems to suggest your Hardware RAM is faulty.

    But as you have already checked this and given that there was also some Network activity going on and a problem with your Intel Wireless Network driver I would also update this or roll back to an earlier driver.

  4. BSOD issue / NDU.Sys - Ndu!CarDisableCacheAwareReference+30

    Multiple BSOD on Windows 10 MSI MPG Z390 GAMING EDGE AC (MS-7B17) driving me mad

    You're welcome for the help.

    The ndu.sys referenced in the crashes is the "Windows Network Data Usage Monitoring Driver":

    BugCheck 1000007E, {ffffffffc0000005, fffff804c7d15230, ffff8a84901a02d8, ffffa2003797d920}

    *** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for win32k.sys

    Probably caused by : Ndu.sys ( Ndu!CarDisableCacheAwareReference+30 )

    What is actually causing the error is most likely a third party network filter driver such as a third party antivirus or firewall driver.

    You have Avast and Malwarebytes installed.

    A similar error was reported in the following link:

    https://forums.malwarebytes.com/topic/261609-ma...

    Another user followed up in the following link to say uninstalling Malwarebytes stopped the error:

    https://www.tenforums.com/bsod-crashes-debuggin...

    I would suggest to uninstall Malwarebytes and see if the error resolves.
