Windows 10: BSOD Issues - IRQL Not Less or Equal, and APC Index Mismatch

I have the memory dump files here - LinkI keep getting IRQL and APC index mismatch errors - I've tried a fresh install of windows and it still doesn't work. I think I need professional help for this, my technician is also confused about this saying that the hardware stuff is all fine.

APC Index Mismatch after resetting pc

Before resetting my pc a few days ago, I had multiple BSODs, this included APC index mismatch, IRQL not less or equal(every day after running games). I tried some fixes from BSOD guides, but I never got it to fix and instead, the bluescreen came up more
frequently. During reset, when windows were reinstalling, at 0% I got another BSOD. But after the reset, no crashes were happening for a day or two until today. After running my games for a while, I closed it and got another BSOD this time it was APC Index
Mismatch. Because this was the first bluescreen after finishing my reset, my guess is that it will continue to happen. I tried going through my apps in safe mode, but I couldn't pinpoint any apps that were immediately making my pc crash. Send help.

I understand. I will give it a day or two and see if the BSOD returns. If it does, I will do the changes and post an update.

in post 15 APC INDEX MISMATCH error I didn't see any mentioning of a driver...
