    Greetings, I've been having BSOD errors & hard freezes lately on my ASUS Zephyrus laptop AMD CPU. The latest BSOD was for an IRQL NOT LESS THAN OR EQUAL TO 0x000000d1. Previously I've had a couple of 0x00020001 errors - HYPERVISOR related along with hard freezes where I have to hard power down & reboot.I've tried troubleshooting the HYPERVISOR related error. I checked for a newer version of BIOS none available. I ran a memory check & that came back clean. I've tried attaching a debugger to the dmp file to see if I could glean any information about a suspected bad driv

    Hi, I have a laptop Asus Rog Zephyrus G14. Since 1 year ago I have been experience with BSOD but in the recently months has increased the number of times it happens to get a point is imposible to use it. I installed windows 10 5 times, BestBuy check my laptop and they said is not software is Hardware and it will cost 500-600$ to repair but they didn't tell what issues has. How can I troubleshoot my laptop to see what part is wrong to buy and put myself to save some money? (I know the RAM is fine, they only said is something with the motherboard) PS: the BSOD was caused because I played a lot with my laptop like Warzone for hours and since I didn't buy a fan to cool the laptop meanwhile I was playing, I damaged my laptop

    2. How are you trying to connect the headphones to the laptop?
    3. What is the model number of your ASUS laptop?
    4. Are you using a wired or a wireless Bose headphone?


    I suggest you to follow the steps mentioned in Connecting To A Computer
    and try connecting your headphones to the laptop.
