    BSOD issues updating graphics and realtek drivers doesn't seem to workplease help


    I've tried updating everything that was suggested to me as far as updating my graphics and network realtek drivers but none have solved any of my issues. I don't know whether if it's even driver related or hardware related but I am currently running in safe mode because my windows has been very unstable with all the BSODs I'm experiencing.     I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

    I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

    Constant issues with windows update .. suspected to be graphics driver problem.

    I appreciate the troubleshooting steps you have performed trying to fix the issue. Go to the Windows update installed and let us know which Windows update KB number is conflict to the issue.


    • Type update on the windows search bar and select View installed update.

    • Check for the KB number.
    You can also hide/block the Windows update, visit the below link:

    Meanwhile, let’s try simple troubleshooting steps and check. At first, I suggest you to install the graphic card driver and try installing the Windows update. Go to the below link and click on AUTO DETECT YOUR GPU. It
    will automatically detect the updated graphics card driver.
