Windows 10: BSoD issues with Toshiba Satellite laptop on upgraded Windows 10 os.

Need help. Followed every available advise/ instruction to fix BSoD issues on laptop with upgraded Windows 10 os. Still having BSoD issues. Cannot enter Safe Mode even after pressing F5/F4. Laptop just reverts to blank screen. Cannot enter BIOS either. Pressed all function keys, Del/ Ecs but to no avail. I really need help to fix this issue with laptop. Please.

Toshiba Satellite L755-S5153 Windows 10 Drivers

Laptop originally had Windows 7 Home, but was upgraded to 10 a couple years ago. In the past several months I've been plagued with System Interrupts every 10 or so minutes, during which the laptop is unusable. The General Support forum members have suggested a driver issue. Going into Device Manager and right clicking each driver always results in me being told that the best driver is already installed.

Going to Toshiba's driver page and entering my serial number prompts me to select an OS. Windows 10 is not listed as an option.

Would love to know which driver is causing the issue. and how to resolve it.

sound not working on toshiba satellite laptop

i also have the toshiba satellite laptop with the same no sound issue after upgrading to windows 10 from windows 8. In the past 3 days I've had first a microsoft tech then two different toshiba techs do remote sessions to resolve the no sound problem-they
each uninstalled & installed new drivers; microsoft could not correct the problem-said to contact Toshiba support for updated driver for Windows 10 - first Toshiba tech after 113 minutes of troubleshooting said it was the Window 10 driver & the Toshiba driver
were conflicting He installed the latest Toshiba driver and I had sound until I restarted my laptop this a.m. Back on the phone w. a 2nd Toshiba Administrative Tech-after troubleshooting his answer is that Windows 10 will need to be tweaked to correct this
issue. He installed a "Nanoheal" program that I can run each time to get the sound back on. This is very frustrating Who do I turn to for help now?
