Windows 10: BSOD keeps occuring with graphics-related activities

I keep BSOD-ing Windows 11 laptop when certain events happen which I believe are graphics related: when I connect my laptop to a HDMI, or when I turn on my camera on Zoom. This doesn't always happen, but it's occurred often enough to be somewhat worrying. BSOD multiple crashes last 4 mos. Occurs no matter what activity

So I've done as you've said and uninstalled using the DDU program. I then reinstalled the drivers from and intel and I immediately received a warning about driver stopped responding and recovered. I have included the screenshot of the error message and the new DM Log Collector info. Thanks again for your help. I would also like for you to please give me step by step instructions because I believe I'm doing something incorrect. I've also seen that it says my computer can take on the most recent updates because my pc doesn't meet requirements.

according to laptop support page they do list an old downloadable driver for intel for windows 7 , weather this is related to there being several variants of that laptop or this laptop has switchable graphics i may just suggest you reset the bios and see if things change , if yes you may be able to apply step 2 , if not then apply step 4 and call it today , you are still better off being on the high performance gpu .

Out of curiosity can you take a snap shot from Settings > System > Display. Scroll down and click the “Graphics Settings” ?

 

BSOD When playing games

• Does the BSOD occur while playing a particular game?
• Is the game downloaded from Windows Store?

I suggest you to update the Graphic Card drivers by following the steps provided below and check if it helps.

• Press Windows key + X, select Device Manager.
• Expand Display Adapters.
• Right click on the driver and select Update Driver Software.
• Follow the on-screen prompts to update.
