Windows 10: BSOD Kernel Data Inpage Error

I'm trying to stress test my GPU because of persistent black screen issue when playing games. I did use heaven benchmark to benchmark it, and it turns okay. When I try to use Furmark; it BSOD after 5-6 mins. I'm running windows 10 on my PC. Temps of the GPU is at 81c MAX. CPU is also fine. GPU drivers is the latest one, and I've already use DDU to reinstall it. Chipset drivers and all other drivers are updated. KERNEL DATA INPAGE ERROR

Bought a Lenovo laptop second a month or two ago and it's been crashing every couple days ago and displaying a blue screen with the error message KERNEL DATA INPAGE ERROR. Any idea what this means?
