  1. BSOD: Kernel Mode Heap Curruption Minidump available

    Hi

When I'm not using my computer but leave it running, often when I come back after 30 minutes or longer or so, it has crashed. Sometimes, I cannot get it to display anything at all, and sometimes the BSOD with Kernel Mode Heap Corruption is shown but it doesn't restart on its own. In both situations, I have to use "F13" aka Power Key to restart the PC "the hard way".

I already turned off sleep, hybrid sleep, USB selective suspension, and display turn off suspecting that one of these causes the problem when I'm not using the PC. But the problem persists.

The most recent minidump file can be found here: https://1drv.ms/u/s!AiMEaXADgLmcgkVyy75HaRqUVFhQ?e=C7DOo6

Could an expert please analyze the minidump file and point me to the problem?

    Thanks!

    :)

  2. BSOD: KERNEL MODE HEAP CORRUPTION

    Hi,

The process that is crashing in all but one of the minidump files is the CCUpdate.exe :

    Owning Process ffff9908691b7080 Image: CCUpdate.exe

If the CCUpdate.exe is a CCleaner process on your computer there may be a conflict between the CCleaner update process and Malwarebytes.

If the issue persists try temporarily uninstalling CCleaner.

The root of the issue may be Malwarebyets however as suggested in the following topic with a similar error:

    BSOD: KERNEL MODE HEAP CORRUPTION

    Hi!

Daily, several times a day, BSOD's with "KERNEL MODE HEAP CORRUPTION". I can still use my PC tho. It can still boot up and run apps. I never installed any unknown software. Regularly, the Minidump folder is empty after a BSOD, so I created a Reserve folder
to save as many MDP-files as I can.

    032719-7765-01.zip

Don't know if this'll work, hope so...

    Thanks
