Windows 10: bsod kernel power 41 63 pls HELP.

I've had bsod for the third time in a row, and all of them happened in one single month. 3rd, 11th and 28th of march.all three had the same error code. PFN_LIST_CORRUPTi looked into events and found this error ID. 41i dont know much about windows, but this problem started out of nowhere, and when it happens, its for sure scaring the hell out of me. im afraid i wont be able to handle another bsod due to heart attack. link to dump file as well as the system information. dump

My PC is crashing repeatedly. It suffers numerous BSODs spontaneously, intermittently, unexpectedly & improperly as recorded in Event Viewer System Log as follows:

Ok my mistake, I had no problems from 03.04 to 12.04.

Kernel-Power 41 (63). Had same problem last year but it disappeared. Now it back, and my computer restart like 2-3 times a day. Mostly on idle power, without games. Computer has about 18 months. Please let me know what kind of information I should past here. Thanks for help! (I made a lot of steps from youtube, but nothing helps). Windows 10 here.
