    Yeah, glad it wasn't.

    Now imagine your laptop goes all crazy and suddenly, from night to day, starts freezing and doing some crazy sh!t it has not done in the last 3 years.

    You format it, and these new problematic drivers (now old) of nVIDIA get released right when you formatted the PC. You got your formatted PC, with everything recently installed and fresh, you expect it to be so fast, and you start to get BSOD when opening Photoshop and other programs. I was like "What is it now???? For God's sake!!!!". I though my laptop had died, cause that didn't happen the day before. Of course it took me like 2 days before I realized the nVIDIA drivers where different from what I had the day before. Who would have figured out that.

    That's not quite the whole story. The several people had problems with intel graphics. Forcing the system to use the nVidia card fixed the issue.

    The fact of the matter is Adobe's software try's to use the GPU to accelerate processing. I support a number of PC's and Macs and on the PC side I've seen the issue with AMD, intel, and nVidia hardware. In most cases a driver update or roll back will correct the issue. However in some (Older dell latitude laptops that don't officially support Windows 10 but were upgraded anyway) I ended up having to disable Adobe programs from using the GPU (Edit / Preferences / Performance ... uncheck Use Graphics Processor)
