  1. BSOD: "Kernel Security Check Failure" on System Shutdown

    Hello,

Since 2 days, I have been getting this BSOD: ''KERNEL_SECURITY_CHECK_FAILURE" onEVERY system shutdown. I have no idea what causes this problem.
This error ONLY happens on system shutdowns. No BSODs happen when I normally use the system.

    I have tried the following:

    - Sfc/ Scannow Windows Resource Protection found Corrupt Files and successfully repaired them
    - Driver Verifier No problems found
    - Memory Diagnostic No problems found
    My drivers are all up-to-date

    But this error keeps happening!

I cannot share any minidump files , because there aren't any.

    My PC Specs:

    Lenovo Ideapad 320-15iap type 80xr
    8GB RAM
    1TB WDC HDD
    Intel R Pentium R N4200 Processor @ 1,10 Ghz
    Windows 10 Pro Version 2004 Build 19041.572

Can someone help me fix this without clean installing the system?

    :)

  2. BSOD - Kernel Security Check Failure

    Hi Ashton,

There's a lot of reason for booting in to a BSOD, like problems with the driver for your display adapter or the
video output is being sent to an unexpected port. KERNEL SECURITY CHECK FAILURE error is usually caused by Memory or Driver incompatibility issues or corruption of system data.
In order for us to efficiently assist you, we just have few questions for you:

    • Were there any changes made to your computer prior to the issue?
    • What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?

    Regards.
