Windows 10: Bsod kernel security failure

Hello I have a problem, I just rebuilt my old pc. My pc always bluescreen before entering windows even when using usb bootable still bluescreen, kernel security failure code, and the code changes, I use i5-7400 ram 8gb and hdd 500gb, I have changed the hdd to ssd the same, changing the ram is still the same, but when I borrow it from a friend using i5-6500, bluescreen never appears, the problem is in my processor or what?

Recieving the BSOD once a day, at least. My drivers are up to date so far as I know and I've tried various methods of troubleshooting including the steps outlined here:

There's a lot of reason for booting in to a BSOD, like problems with the driver for your display adapter or the
video output is being sent to an unexpected port. KERNEL SECURITY CHECK FAILURE error is usually caused by Memory or Driver incompatibility issues or corruption of system data.
In order for us to efficiently assist you, we just have few questions for you:

• Were there any changes made to your computer prior to the issue?
• What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?

Hi, i have the same problem and i try to change the default graphic processor, but it didn't work.
