Windows 10: BSOD kmode exception not handled causing restart loop

hi,

i had various BSOD for the last few days and now my pc stuck in restart loop. i can't get into safe mode. i can't post any DM log because i cant login the system, pl see below of how i got into this predicament

wed 14/08: pc freezes when window is updating itself in the background. so i did a hard restart ,then a few hour later i had BSOD system thread exception not handled. so i did a system restore.

after that i try to remove an application which i m unable to uninstall completely, so i did another system restore from a previous windows update restore point. (because all my manual restore points are not working)pc seems to work fine until the next day.

thurs 15/08: windows update again and it took two hours. then BSOD memory management struck when i m using some heavy applications which i normally used without any issue before 14/08. i shut down pc.

fri 16/08:
BSOD memory management struck when i using the same applications. i restart pc and continue using but with less applicatins running.

then about 6 hours later , BSOD kmode exception not handled.when i m surfing some sites on chrome.

pc now stuck in restart loop. i can't get into safe mode.i cant get into the system.

We suggest that you try the workaround suggested on DonchakVS's reply on August 5, 2015 and check if it resolves the issue:

Hey all

I have a couple Dell laptops here, both are Latitude E6540 with identical specs. Both laptops we had at work and at Windows 10 with no issues.

I formatted both and reinstalled Win 7 pro, used the Dell Command Update to update the BIOS, video drivers (AMD and Intel both) and a couple other items that I can't remember. Using Windows 7 works fine, no issues. I then upgraded to Win 10 and that's when I start to have issues. After it completes the upgrade and I'm at the desktop, I start to get the BSOD and the KMODE Exception not handle with no driver listed. It then reboots, then repeats the BSOD and KMODE Exception not handle in a loop. I can get into safe mode however.

Can I run the collector program in safe mode?
