  1. BSOD "KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED" on Windows 10

    Hello

For a while apparently since a Windows update in September, the desktop computer of one of my relatives randomly crashes with a BSOD, with the error name “KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED”. After several trials, I decided to go to a completely fresh Windows installation Windows 10 Family x64 edition, on a formatted SSD. However the issue still occurs, right after Windows installation not all her software added, and only default drivers installed by Windows 10.

I then took some Minidump files from the errors, as well as the msinfo32 report and a full Aida64 report, hoping that someone on this forum could quickly check those, to see if some meaningful information could be spotted inside.

Files are hosted on GDrive here:

Note that given the situation in France, I'm not able to access to the computer physically, I hope those files will be sufficient for analysis.

Thanks in advance for your help.

    Alain

    :)

  4. BSOD "KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED" on Windows 10

    BSOD - KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED (SynTP.sys) - Windows 10 Pro

My HP Elitebook 8470p--out of nowhere--showed the BSOD with the: KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED (SynTP.sys). After reading some other "like-issues", I have concluded that it is my Synaptics driver for my touchpad or maybe my fingerprint reader. On the Synaptics
website, these are the following resource drivers for download:

    Windows 10 PS/2 and SMBus Devices v19.0.19.1

    Windows 10 I2C Devices v19.0.19.1

How do I know which one to download--providing that is the problem?
