  2. SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED boot loop.

But that is the real issue, I cannot access any advanced options menu.
Also upon boot I sometimes see a text with something like "Applying automatic repair" and then there is a small circle of small circles doing a loop but it stops immediately after moving a millimeter and then I see the mentioned BSOD.

    Msconfig/Boot/options?

What is the meaning of the options displayed on the MSCONFIG/Boot page.

Specifically the on which says "make all boot settings permanent"

I am using Win 10 public release 10563.447.

My PC has taken to intermittently when powered on stopping and switching off.

I thought I could determine what stage it was at in the Boot process by recording the boot log and comparing it between a start which worked normally and one in which the problem was shown.

So far not helped by the ntbtlog.txt file being overwritten with an abbreviated list of BOOTLOG_LOADED lines.

BSOD loop after messing with msconfig boot options

    HP Laptop Boot Loop

I am encountering a boot loop problem with my HP laptop. Upon startup, it shows the HP logo and loading dots for about 11 seconds, then goes to a blank screen for approximately a minute before automatically restarting. The power button does not turn off during this cycle.

    Troubleshooting Steps Taken:

    • Tried hard reset and accessing BIOS/UEFI settings.
    • Unable to boot into Safe Mode or recovery environment.
please see here the recorded video demonstrating the boot loop behavior for reference.

Any advice, troubleshooting steps, or insights into what might be causing this problem would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you in advance for your help and suggestions.
