Windows 10: BSOD mb after upgrade from 8 to 10 & also clean install of 10

Hello!
Please help me to understand what is the problem - why PC keeps getting "Your PC ran into a problem..."?

Win10Old Minidumps.rar - minidumps from Windows 10 that was upgraded from Windows 8

Win10CleanInstall Minidumps.rar - minidumps from Windows 10 clean installation

So even after clean win 10 installation I'm getting this. Which of hardwares causes it? Is it possible to find out it using my minidumps?

Boot Failed after Windows 10 Update

I upgraded to Windows 10 from windows 7, it was installed properly but after restart it fails on BSOD with Page_Fault_In_Nonpaged_Area and I cant get into, tried with clean install also some error or other occurs.

Please help.

 

Reinstall or clean install of Windows 10 Pro

Start Windows 10 setup by launching it from within Windows 8, click on the Setup.exe. This will ensure that you upgrade Windows 8 to Windows 10.

If you boot from DVD via the Windows 10 DVD you will be given the choice of a Custom install, or an Upgrade install. A Custom install will take you down the Clean Install patch which is no good to you (initially) as you don't have a Windows 10 Product Key.

After performing the Upgrade install from Windows 8 to Windows 10, you can later clean install Windows 10 (on the same machine) without any Product Key in any subsequent installs, but you must have upgraded from Windows 8 first.

Sorry, but I can't do because it's not my PC. I'm trying to help my friend using TeamViewer - so I just copied his minidumps and I have to wait 2-3 days to do BSOD - Posting Instructions - Windows 10 Forums

 

Let your friend run a memory test per below instructions.
A 0x50, 0x1A & 0x12B are very indicative of faulty memory.

MemTest86+ needs to be run for at least 8 complete passes for conclusive results. Set it running before you go to bed and leave it overnight. We're looking for zero errors here. Even a single error will indicate RAM failure.

Make a photo of the result and post it please.

Addition:
If errors show up you can stop the test, remove all sticks but 1 and test this single stick in each slot for 8 passes or until errors show, switch sticks and repeat.
If errors show up and you see them a lot later, no problem, the errors don't affect the test.
