Windows 10: BSOD - memory_corruption

Hello. I have Windows 10. The operating system was installed recently and this issue existed before the reinstall.Intermittently when the system comes out of sleep state I do not get video display. After a short pause the computer restarts. I have fast startup turned off as well as hybrid sleep turned off. I am using high performance power plan. System file check scan has been run and found no errors. All latest updates are applied and latest chipset drivers AMD and video NVIDIA installed. DISM command to restore image health has also been tried.The issue persists. WinDBG shows the result

I've reset the clocks back to default - and as you suggested it works like a dream. Just need to tweak the OC at some point in the near future. my voltage was at 1.2V maybe it was too low.

I understand the issue you have, there is nothing to worry I am here to help, upon analyzing and checking the DMP logs you have, the error you have is memory_corruption, this means there is a problem with the PC memory and RAM itself or the RAM slot on the motherboard, in this case, this might be a memory leak which is caused by third party services or there is a hardware-related problem, to eliminate any software issues, kindly follow the steps below:

Method 1. Do clean boot:

A “clean boot” starts Windows with a minimal set of drivers and startup programs, so that you can determine whether a background program is interfering with your game or program.

- In the search box on the taskbar, type msconfig and select System Configuration from the results.

- On the Services tab of System Configuration, select Hide all Microsoft services, and then select Disable all.

- On the Startup tab of System Configuration, select Open Task Manager.

- Under Startup in Task Manager, for each startup item, select the item and then select Disable.

- Close Task Manager.

- On the Startup tab of System Configuration, select OK. When you restart the computer, it's in a clean boot environment.

Method 2. Run memory diagnostic tool: The memory diagnostic tool is a RAM test to check if there are any issues with RAM.

- Press Windows key + R then type in mdsched.exe hit OK then restart the device.

Note: If the issue persists, I highly suggest contacting a local technician to physically check the device as it is a hardware problem, it might need a RAM replacement or just need to clean the motherboard, another option is to try removing each RAM and test if that works fine, if yes, the RAM you removed is defective.

What's the error code? Bluescreenview is a simple program to use for checking up bsods.
