Windows 10: BSOD Memory_Management

Hey, im having some issues with BSOD with this stop code: MEMORY_MANAGEMENT. In the Event Visualizer, there is a warning at the same time of the BSOD shutdown that say: Disk 2 has the same disk identifiers as one or more disks connected to the system.So what can i do? Its not much frequent, but its so boring :/

Well sorry to tell you but display driver still crashes when launching a game.
so uhh

It could be because it's an upgrade from w7 and not a clean install, which I'll try tomorrow, but still.
