BSOD Multiple Errors + attempted solutions (Smite Game)

Hi everyone, I am getting the following BSOD errors:

The Crash Files will be posted - bellow

--These 2 are most frequent (90% of the time)--
    MEMORY MANAGEMENT (13 Times)
    IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (8 Times)

--These 4 are less frequent (10% of the time)--
    KERNEL_MODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED (1 Time)
    FAULTY_HARDWARE_CORRUPTED_PAGE (1 Time)
    CRITICAL_STRUCTURE_CORRUPTED (1 Time)
    Forgot last one
    _______________________________________________

I mostly receive these errors after a round of SMITE (Similar to League of Legends - 40 minute session game)
I will then receive a BSOD with the frequent above errors.
this crash will RARELY occur during an actual game, UNLESS I continue to play a second game - then it crashes mid game.

I've played more intensive games, oddly with NO CRASHES! No indications of conflicts between windows 10 and Smite on game forums.
    ________________________________________________

I have 4x4gb of RAM, I've individually ran MEMTEST64 8-10 passes for each RAM and I also individually crashed with each stick regardless of whatever one.

I've done GPU stress tests, CPU stress tests and RAM stress test with very good cooling, in fact my GPU has reached 60c at the very peak of a stress test.

I've updated my Windows 10 system and all drivers that I know of (If you know a better software, I'd gladly try it)

I know I had some issues putting in the CPU since there was not solid slot for it to go into, it just laid on top of the socket. . . So maybe that could be a potential culprit.

This Is a new build 2 weeks old, I used ESD prevention wristbands during this build - I fried my prior built computer 5 years ago, so I learned my lesson.

Thanks for the help, I've tried my best to do what other threads are asking, but so far no luck.

    :)

Laptop HP pavillion is unable to install any Visual C++ Redistributable packages

The "clean boot system" worked for the game that needed the 2005 visual C++ dist package, however the game that requires the 2010 version still blackscreens. I tried reinstalling it through steam then through Hi-rez (The games called smite) and neither
way worked. So then I tried installling the pachage seperately and still nothing.

cheers for getting League to work though! I was just hoping you may have a solution for Smite too.

So, I decided to not have my client up after the game and everything started crashing.
My drivers etc, but I did not get a BSOD - UNLESS I remain in game.

    Hi HelloW10,

    Welcome to the 10forums.

FYI, the link won't work without the login data, but we won't need it.

The crashes most occur when playing a game.
The dumps of yesterday (20th) are almost all saying memory_corruption and you have tested the RAM with MemTest86+ I assume? MemTest64 doesn't exists.
You say that while testing the RAM, everytime there is a crash. Do you mean that the program crashes or the pc?
The GPU has been stressed and is in good condition as you say, so no hardware problem.

Based on this all, but ignoring the RAM tests (because for me it is not clear if the program or pc crashed) it could be either the GPU drivers or the RAM.

Please update the GPU drivers to 355.82 WHQL, also please check if I have chosen the right drivers for your GPU *Smile

Please reset driver verifier if you didn't
    • Open admin command prompt
    • Copy/paste "verifier/reset" (without quotes)

Hi Axe0 thank you for taking time out of your day to reply, what a great community.

yes, Memtest86+, I went ahead and updated the Driver.
To clarify, the PC does not crash during a memory test, just after a game of Smite.
The PC typically crashes, UNLESS - I minimize my game AFTER a match, then my adobe flash crashes,
my other drivers crash and then I can't even log into the game!! Weird? but my PC didn't bluescreen.

    Memtest86 [X]
    GPU/CPU Stresser [x]
Updated GPU [X] - as requested
    Driver/Verifier [X] - as requested.

I have a meeting this evening, but I will get back to you as soon as possible if I crash or don't within the next 2 days.

    Thank you.

BSOD Multiple Errors + attempted solutions (Smite Game)

Hi, so I received this error after 1 game of Smite.

    FAULTY HARDWARE CORRUPTED PAGE.

Another thing to note, that even after 10 minute games - it crashes
This was a 54 minute game - it BSOD 10-20 seconds after...
Regardless if I'm in game 10 minute or 50 minutes, right after 10-20 seconds.

I did everything so far as requested, I'll get working on that dump file in case you want that.

This error is caused by hardware memory error a.k.a. the RAM.
    Please follow the instructions below

BSOD Multiple Errors + attempted solutions (Smite Game) [IMG]

MemTest86+ needs to be run for at least 8 passes for conclusive results. Set it running before you go to bed and leave it overnight. We're looking for zero errors here. Even a single error will indicate RAM failure.

If the test gives zero errors, please clean the contacts of the RAM with isopropyl and reseat it properly.

Okay, I'll test them one at a time this run.

I'll keep you in the loop, thanks again!

BSOD Multiple Errors + attempted solutions (Smite Game)

Hi Axe, I ran 23 passes with 16GB of RAM.

    it took a long time, but I thought I'd make sure . . .
So here is what I noticed. . . If I am not on my computer for over 12-24 hours - I can play 3-4x games, and THEN it starts to consistently crash after each game.. I'm not sure if it's my motherboard slots - I attach 1 RAM for each slot, yet it still crashes for each slot.

Thanks sir ! (I've been gone the past 2 days, but I'm finally able to reply)

Have you cleaned the RAM contacts and reseated the RAM?

  15. HelloW10 Win User
Yes, although I'm not sure what to clean. They are fresh from two different packages - all 4 RAM sticks.
Would I just use an air compressed spray?
