Windows 10: BSOD ndy.sys ntoskrn.exe 139 help

Hi,Had a BSOD twice in three days with the same code, 139. This is only happening while using substance painter. SFC and DISM come up clean. Dump files for both BSODs are at the following link. I've been frequently getting BSODs from cold boot right after POST. I am suspecting it has something to do with Bitdefender 2016 as the driver mentioned below points to Bitdefender's Active Virus Control filter.

Probably caused by : avc3.sys ( avc3!UcAddUrlEntry+2f704 )

I wish to understand the root cause of this issue. Your help is greatly appreciated.

[BSOD] CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED 0x0EF - 'ntoskrnl,exe'

Hang on a second, no. As far as the rules are concerned VPNs from legitimate sources are not illegal. You don't have the right to 'force' someone to remove a piece of software that:

1. Is not causing the issue related to the crashes
2. is not pirated software or illegal

Cloudflare WARP does not have a windivert file that I can find, even if it did, again, its not against the forum rules because it is not an illegal system file in of itself.

 

BSOD issues two random times while playing BFV help asap

Looking at the dump file, I noted WinRing0x64.sys dating from 2013 in the list of drivers.
Back in 2013 this driver caused numerous BSOD's - so I suggest uninstalling ALL of the programs that are using it.
In this case it appears that EVGA Precision is using it - please uninstall that program and see if it helps.
