    BSOD ntkrnlmp.exe is the problem, but how to fix it?


    Pc started bluescreening a while ago, i have reseted mw windows 2 time already and it hasnt fixied it, what shoud i do? When analyzing minidump file, i came to a conclusion that ntkrnlmp.exe is responsible for errors, but i dont know how to fix it!

    Hi Ananya,

    Base on the 3 dump files that you shared the main cause of your BSOD is a memory failure (ntkrnlmp.exe) and a driver problem (tcpip.sys)
