Windows 10: BSOD Ntoskrnl.exe 0x0000000a & 0x00000050 Need help

I've posted this thread in multiple forums and eventually was led to here. I ran the Tenforums Log Zip filer (attached) but below is also attached other links just incase it does not work.

Windows 10 64-bit Blue Screen of Death

Hi,

several BSOD happens when wake up the PC in a sleep mode, it does not happen everyday, bug check string, code and caused by driver as follows:

SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION, 0x0000003b, ntoskrnl.exe.

PM KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED 0x0000001e ndis.sys.

AM IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL 0x0000000a ntoskrnl.exe.

PM PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA 0x00000050 FLTMGR.SYS.

PM SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION 0x0000003b atikmdag.sys.

Upgraded to windows 10 BSOD are haunting me cant seem to find the issue. Updated drivers, new graphics card, running SSD hard drive. What next?

Welcome to Ten Forums.

There were 28 bsod mini dump files.
Today's 12 bsod mini dump files were debugged.
There was 1 definitive misbehaving driver.
The older 16 bsod mini dump files were debugged and they displayed 1 misbehaving driver.

1) open administrative command prompt and type or copy and paste:
2) sfc /scannow
3) dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
4) chkdsk /scan
5) When these have completed > right click on the top bar or title bar of the administrative command prompt box > left click on edit then select all > right click on the top bar again > left click on edit then copy > paste into the thread
6) The best way to fix the misbehaving Nvidia driver is to uninstall everything Nvidia using Display driver uninstaller and install new drivers from the computer manufacturer's website or from the Nvidia website.

The computer manufacturer's web site is preferred. Enter the computer's serial or product number and the operating system to view available drivers.


If you use the Nvidia web site be sure the "clean install" box is checked and only install the graphics driver and the physx driver.

Like zbook wrote, theres a chance that the nvidia driver could be the cause.

After looking in the eventlog im sure that theres a 50:50 chance for beeing nvidia driver OR Wifi driver / wifi device

Windows eventlog is full of those wifi errors. I think theres an problem with the driver or the TP-Link Wifi device:

Can you provide us with the kernel memory dump please? Its located in C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP.
You can upload it to an cloud service like dropbox or onedrive.
