Windows 10 BSOD - SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION (win32kbase.sys+4d8be)

Today I had another BSOD

DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

0x000000d1

00000000`00000000

00000000`00000002

00000000`00000000

L1C63x64.sys

L1C63x64.sys+6cb3

ntoskrnl.exe+142770

Minidump file - https://onedrive.live.com/redir?resid=C28B2580DA30693!450&authkey=!AGScY2H0Hkk8u78&ithint=file,dmp

I use bluescreenview to see details on those BSODs and there's ntoskrnl.exe+14d2e9 and
tcpip.sys+39a9b also highlighted in red.

Did a research and it's a network driver for Qualcomm Atheros AR8171/8175 PCI-E Gigabit Ethernet Controller (NDIS 6.30) latest driver is only for Windows 8.

I contacted Qualcomm about this, but I don't think they will respond, because big companies never do, they don't care.

BSOD ntoskrnl.exe+14d2e9

Hi mrphua81.

Your motherboard says about its RAM support .....
And all the four of your RAM modules are running at ......
Code: Speed 333MHz
That may be enough cause of your BSODs.

Either increase the RAM speed to at least 533, if possible; or get at least 4 GB of DDR2 RAM running at the required and supported speed by the motherboard.

See how it goes. Let us know.

Your present RAM speed:
Code: Speed 200MHz
Before that, it was ....
Code: Speed 333MHz
Your motherboard supports .....Attachment 71745
ASRock > K10N78DCan your RAM run at any of those speeds? Make it sure. It it can, set those to any of those speeds.
If it cannot, change the RAM.

As far as you will not run the RAM with the speed that is supported by the motherboard, the BSODs will be there and before fixing it, troubleshooting cannot proceed.

I hope you understand. It is about hardware compatibility.

If you re-read the posts #8 and #2, you will see that it is not that what is desired. YOu will need 533MHz clock speed at minimum.

If it BSODs in RAM speeds 533MHz, 667MHz, 800MHz or 1066MHz, let us see the crash dumps. We can proceed for further troubleshooting then.

But as far as hardware incompatibility is present there, no further troubleshooting will be effective.

As I said RAM speed now is set to 800 MHz and got same BSOD... I tried to use verifier and set to verify few drivers, and system crashed on boot so I think its one of 3rd party drivers but I cant get which one

The dumps those we can see are not flagging any driver as failing, even at the deepest seh. Still verifier will be a good idea. If you cannot get to the desktop with verifier enabled, free-up the startup.

• Right click on the taskbar and click on "Task Manager" in the context menu.
• It will open Task Manager with "Processes" tab selected. Click on the "Startup" tab.
• Select them all one by one and click "Disable" at the bottom right corner.
• Disable everything there other than the antivirus.
Now hopefully you will be able to get to the desktop with verifier enabled. See how it goes. Let us know.

Here it the situation, mate.
Code: Speed 400MHz
Please let us know the make and model of the RAM that you are using?
