Windows 10: BSOD Occurs When Shutting Down Computer

Hello! I have prepared a report to tell you about some serious problems I have experienced and to ask what is really the reason behind them. And this report is not in depth. It is just a summary. Also, this report is definitely not a joke and is a real event: On May 10, since the KB update could not be installed on the computer error code 0x8000FFFF, and all solutions have been tried. I installed an update from the microsoft update catalog. Since the update could not be installed, the error was: This update is not suitable for your computer. My Computer Keeps Shutting Down By Itself But Not Infected Or Hacked.

I have had the BSOD occurring randomly for the past several days. The computer will just shut down.

The issue might occur if the computer is not shut down properly. so, I suggest you to perform a power drain by follow the steps below and check if it helps.

• Shut down the Computer.
• Remove all power source (including battery if it is a laptop).
• Press and hold the power button for 15-20 seconds.
• Connect the power source and start the computer.
• After the computer boots to the desktop, suggest you to install all the pending updates.
