Windows 10: BSOD of recovery error code 0xc0000001

Hi,


I think i downloaded a virus and i was so worried. So i downloaded an app called anti-malware to scan and delete the virus. After done scanning or something, it forced me to restart. So i did it of course. And BSOD started occuring. Please help it is my dad's computer and if he sees that I'll be dead. I tried many things on youtube. Still no respond. First it says your pc ran into problem something like that and the error code was system service exception. I tried to get into repair option like repeat the process of restarting the computer for 3 times still the recovery screen. I don't know the model of the motherboard. I'm so worried if the virus deleted important files of my dad. Please people help me any help would be appreciated

BSOD 0xc0000001 Bitlocker code not known


I have a client that has a Microsoft Surface Pro. It has a BSOD error code 0xc0000001. I have tried many ways to repair but I am unable to since Bitlocker has locked the hard drive. The client swears they never activated it and does not know the code to unlock. They did not have a microsoft account so I cant go that route. Any suggestions to unlock hard drive without the bitlocker code?

• I can't log into safe mode. System just hangs at the boot screen and shutdown laptop itself after couple of minutes.
• I haven't made any hardware changes ever.
• I haven't made any driver changes.
• I do not mess up with any Windows directory but I have Windows partition mounted in Ubuntu.
• I do not touch EFI partition recently.
• Last time I have using Windows installation is about 2 weeks ago.
• System sometimes instead of showing BSOD, hangs at the boot screen.
• restore default BIOS settings doesn't change anything

Windows 10 error code 0xc0000001

I recently upgraded free from W7 to W10. (desktop PC).

Everything went well but I now suddenly have a blue screen entitled Recovery PC/Device needs repair error code 0xc0000001.

The suggested Enter/F8 solution does not work. I have no W10 recovery disc etc. but should have the original W7 installation disc.

Most of the on-line solutions require recovery hardware so is there anything I can try?

Presumably I will lose everything stored on the PC.
