Windows 10: BSOD on first boot but not on Second Boot - Critical Process Died ???? Help Needed for Senior

I get a BSOD on my first boot but I'm successful on my second boot. I've tried SFC /scannow and DISM and scanned for viruses offline.From Event Viewer:Crash dump file:C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\051623-17343-01.dmp MinidumpBugcheck code:0xEF0xFFFFAC810AFE2080, 0x0, 0xFFFFAC810AFE2080, 0x0Bugcheck name:CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIEDBug check description:This indicates that a critical system process died.Analysis:This particular bugcheck may be caused by malware or a security product that does not follow programming guidelines. Unable to boot PC, BSOD - Critical Process died

Hello, thank you for the reply.

As mentioned in my post, startup/automatic repair does not work. When I get the BSOD, there is no error code. It only says "Stop code: CRITICAL PROCESS DIED". The BSOD shows up after a few seconds of Windows trying to load.

1. I tried BOOTREC /FIXMBR and it says the operation was successful.

2. BOOTREC /FIXBOOT results with "Access is denied."

3. BOOTREC /scanos found 2 Windows installations (F:\Windows.old\WINDOWS) and (F:\Windows)

4. BOOTREC /rebuildbcd asked me if I want to add both of the Windows installations to the boot list. I said Yes, but it resulted with "The requested system device cannot be found."

I restarted my computer but am still getting the BSOD.

im on a windows 10 pro 64bit desktop

it says BSOD "critical process died"

i cant boot my computer becuase of this error.

this has to be free fix

Me too. I get “critical process died” or 0xc000021a like BSOD then after restart the ssd disappears from BIOS disk list
