Windows 10: BSOD on New Win 11 Pro Install - Driver_IRQL_not_less_or_equal

I've wiped my computer several times, reset it. Downloaded Win 11 Pro ISO reinstalled fresh from USB via RUFUS. I can not for the life of me get rid of this blue screen.I have used all the DISM /Online commands and ran multiple SFC scans.Can someone please look at my minidump and tell me precisely what's wrong? BSOD: DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

I have been getting random BSOD (DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL - Source: nwifi.sys) in the last 3 days. They seem to only appear when playing videos on YouYube, but it might be a coincidence.

What has changed in the last 3 days?

Nothing on the laptop itself. I plugged in a new keyboard and mouse (both USB), and a USB hub (USB-C).
I also installed new drivers for the Intel Graphics and "Intel(R) Dynamic Platform and Thermal Framework Manager" as suggested by Dell Driver Updater, but this was an attempt to fix the BSOD, which already happened before updating these drivers.

What have you tried?

I have checked with the Dell System Detect utility to see if all the drivers were up to date; 2 weren't and I updated them (as written above) but that didn't solve the issue.

I have cleaned the system Registry with the CCleaner utility, but that didn't solve the issue.

What can I do?

Upon suggestion, I updated the killer drivers.
All seemes fine of a while, then, after the laptop went to suspended state, I noticed the external mouse stopped working, while the touchpad worked.
After plugging and unplugging, I rebooted.
Laptop stuck to reboot for 6 min (usually takes 6 seconds) then BSOD: DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE.

Win 10 BSOD driver_irql_not_less_or_equal (storport.sys)

Just upgraded free offer win 7 to 10. Every 30-45 minutes get BSOD driver_irql_not_less_or_equal (storport.sys)

Have run disk check, nothing found. Updating graphics card to Win 10 beta version for nvidia geforce gtx 970. Tried disk check, scan disk. Also on screen keybord crashes a lot. Tried sfc.exe, windows defender and malwarebytes scans.
Running Win 10 pro 64 bit pc.

Clean install of win 11 pro

I have a laptop running with a digital licence for Win10 Pro. The laptop originally came with Win 10 home but I upgraded to win 10 pro using a key from a win 7 ultimate dvd.

Windows update tells me I can update to win 11 pro from my present install and acquire a digital licence from MS.

My potential issue after doing so would be, if I wanted to do a clean Win 11 Pro install after getting the digital licence (for win11 pro) I suspect the install would read the bios key and install Win 11 home and not Pro. Apparently Win 7 keys are no longer valid for the Win 10 and 11 upgrades.

My question then becomes what steps do I follow to do a clean Win11 Pro install on this laptop bearing in mind the system came with Win10 Home.
