Windows 10: BSOD on *SECOND* boot-up - Driver Power State Failure

In advance, I should mention that I turned off all sleep options to see if it was related as I know that can sometimes cause problems.

This is a relatively fresh install that only started acting up recently. I have uninstalled my most recent additions (including a program called VirtualHere which allows remote USB device operation from a Steam link and something I suspect *may* have led to this problem) but the problem remains.

After a cold start and login, approx. 2-3 minutes elapses where I can use the computer just fine until the BSOD hits. It then reboots and everything is fine.

The oddest thing about this problem is that it happens 100% of the time on the first startup from a cold system but not on the automatic reboot *after* the BSOD and the dump file creation.

Any help identifying the driver causing this problem would be GREATLY appreciated.

Here is the product key pulled using the ProduKey software (Last 5-digits only) as well as a photo I just took of my product key from my purchased Win10 disk.

Not sure what else I can do to prove this besides the receipt.

The event log displayed problems with possible corruption on the drive.
Perform these initial steps and as the logs are scanned and debugged this post will be updated or a new one posted.

Please open administrative command prompt and type or copy and paste the following commands:
1) sfc /scannow
2) dism /online /cleanup-image /repairhealth
3)When these have completed > right click on the top bar or title bar of the administrative command prompt box > left click on edit then select all > right click on the top bar again > left click on edit then copy > paste into the thread
4) chkdsk /x /f /r
Please run this command on each drive/partition
Use the syntax: chkdsk /x /f /r c:
The c: should be changed to the applicable drive letter.

There were 6 misbehaving drivers:

5 misbehaving drivers were related to Acronis
1 misbehaving driver was related to Xbox

The event log displayed that the Nvidia graphics driver stopped responding and successfully recovered.
The Nvidia driver was not identified as a cause of BSOD.

1) Please update the Xbox and Acronis drivers:

2) Run HDTune on each drive:
http://www.hdtune.com/
to check the health,
scan for errors, no quick scan but full scan
run a benchmark.


It may take some time, but please take the time you need to perform it properly.
When above is done please make screenshots of the following
the health,
the error scan,
the benchmark incl. following
transfer rate,
access time,
burst rate,
cpu usage.
