Windows 10: BSOD on Shutdown

I have been getting the BSOD on shutdown or in the middle of using my laptop. On restart, the GPU is not found and it can only run off of iGPU graphics. I have replaced the thermal paste in the laptop thinking the GPU was overheating. NZXT temp monitor suggests that temps are stable at 60 to 75 C while using under heavy loads. NZXT shows temps at 50 to 60 C for both GPU and CPU after applications crash and before BSOD. However, after all applications are shut off GPU remains at 95% max load. I have tried reinstalling GPU drivers. Is there something I am missing or it likely hardware damage fro

BSOD at shutdown PFN Corrupt message

I ran with verifier two days without any BSOD excepting the PFN LIST CORRUPT that occurs at shutdown. I went back through all steps and here are the logfiles. Log Collector stopped when msinfo.exe timed out. I reran this manually and it got hung at OLE Registration step.

Could be software, driver, or other incompatibilities.

You might have to go into msconfig and try to diagnose the problem by disabling and enabling drivers and services.
